Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Node.js.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Ability to work with version control systems like Git.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our Pune office.

- A BE/MCA is required.
