Job Title: Sr. Java Full Stack developer (9.1-12 years) Department: Global Banking IT About Business line/Function: Global Banking IT is mainly for Corporate Clients. Global Banking IT mainly covers Payments and Cash Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Deposits and Lending business. We are around 700 Employees based in India Solutions covering Development, Business Analysis, Testing and Production Support. We work for Asia, Europe, and America region. Position Purpose: The position is for a Sr Java developer within Project VAM focusing on Virtual account mgmt. solution for the bank. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities • Work with geographically distributed Agile Scrum team. • Guide the team with technical delivery. • Work on the end-to-end technical solution. • Support during all the phases of development. Contributing Responsibilities • Team player. • Communicating with stakeholders effectively • Open to innovative technology adaptation, learning and implementation within the project. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Mandatory • Experience with Microservices. • Experience with API dev. • Experience in core JAVA 11+ and advanced java (JDBC, Collections, Serialization, Memory management) & hibernate. • Knowledge of RDBMS, specifically PostgreSQL. • Good understanding of GIT and Maven. • Hands on experience with Angular development. Good to Have • SWIFT MT format knowledge. • ISO 20022 format (camt52/camt53) • Understanding of Agile Workflow. • Understanding of TDD design pattern • Understanding of Kubernetes Specific Qualifications: None Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities) Transversal Skills: • Analytical Ability • Ability to understand, explain and support change. • Ability to anticipate business / strategic evolution. • Ability to develop others & improve their skills. • Ability to develop and leverage networks.
