Job Description – Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team at Talent Worx. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance applications using both front-end and back-end technologies. You will work closely with our product team to ensure a seamless user experience and robust functionality.

• Location: Bangalore and Mumbai Pune

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to design schema and optimize queries.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, improving performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Java and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and consumption.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, or Selenium.
• Understanding of security best practices in web applications.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API gateways.
