Job Description:-

Backend Services Developer (based in San Jose/San Francisco/Seattle)

• Backend Services Developer for AI services.

• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required. MS desired

• Minimum 4+ years in software development

• Strong backend engineering background

• Working experience in a cloud environment (e.g. Google Cloud/Container engine) is required- Google Cloud is preferred and AWS is an alternative

• Working experience in Scala and Play are required with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems

• Knowledge of Java8 and Kubernetes is desired

• Knowledge of Node.js is a plus

• Responsible of software design, technical documentation, and code review.

One of the positions would like to have a more experienced Scala developer. At least 2-4 years of Scala would be needed. Both of these positions would be able to sit in either San Francisco, San Jose, or Seattle. This position would be required to do their own testing and deployment as well. The interview process would be a technical phone screen and then an onsite four-hour panel interview. Please send any qualified candidates who would be interested my way. Thanks in advance!
