• Excellent hands-on skills with Ruby on Rails (Preferably Rails 3.0+)

• Knowledge and experience in relational databases preferably MySQL

• Experience in Performance Tuning and Benchmarking

• Good experience with Javascript/Ajax/Jquery coding skills

• Good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility

• Good understanding of web technologies and familiarity with Unix/Linux

• Exposure of TDD/BDD is a plus

• Able to handle a team and take the responsibility for the deliverables and releases

• Ability to work under deadlines ensuring good quality Personal

• Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to details

• Minimum 4+ year of professional experience
