Job Description

5 plus years of server side development experience with a primary focus on functional entitlements, data entitlements, and provisioning

Experience in building and delivering frameworks, libraries, and services to support multiple projects

5 plus years of Java / C++ with a minimum of 3 years in Java and ExtJS technology

Experience with IAM – Identity and Access Management systems

Creativity, problem-solving, passion for entitlements and attention to detail are critical

Great interpersonal skills; strong partner / relationship management experience

Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills

System development and deployment

Understanding of agile development, object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability and concurrent programming

Experience with LDAP and other directory management systems

Experience with J2EE, JMS, and Spring

Development of database schemas and Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server database experience

Knowledge of programs like Cognos, PeopleSoft, and Business Objects

Experience developing SOA and writing/consuming web services

Experience with XACML standard a plus Good Analytical and communication skill.
