What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software for AI-driven banking solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code across Java, Python, or related frameworks.
• Integrate software components with internal and external systems seamlessly.
• Apply AI and machine learning models to optimize real-time processing.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code and design reviews and contribute to system architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across development, test, and production environments.

Requirements:
• Computer Science or related degree with relevant software development experience.
• 4–10 years of hands-on experience for Developer roles; 7+ years for Tech Lead roles.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, MyBatis, C/C++, JavaScript, or related frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or private cloud).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI / machine learning frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services is advantageous.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus for collaborating across APAC teams.
