About the Role

At Mindera, we build software with people we trust, using modern engineering practices and strong collaboration. We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in SharePoint and PowerApps to help modernize and transition existing low-code solutions into scalable, maintainable Java-based services and lightweight frontends.

You will work closely with product, UX, and DevOps teams to replace or evolve PowerApps-based solutions into well-architected services, while ensuring quality, observability, and delivery excellence.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Backend & Services Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Java-based services using clean architecture and best practices.
• Contribute to the migration or replacement of low-code platforms (e.g., PowerApps) with custom-built, maintainable solutions.
• Build APIs and backend services that integrate with Microsoft ecosystem components during the transition phase.

Microsoft Platform Integration

• Comfortably work across:
• SharePoint
• Logic Apps
• Azure Function Apps

• Support hybrid solutions during migration phases while reducing dependency on low-code tooling over time.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Java and modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot or similar).
• Experience working with or replacing low-code platforms such as PowerApps.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Logic Apps, and Function Apps.
• Basic familiarity with React and ability to quickly adapt to new frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and cloud-native design.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing).
