Your Profile

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a critical mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Proactive, results-driven, and dynamic attitude.
• High energy level with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Perseverant and detail-oriented, with a structured and organised way of working.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Native or fluent in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other national language.
• Very good command of English.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Java (Java 8 and above) and enterprise application development.
• Proven experience with:• Quarkus
• JSP
• SQL
• XML / XSD
• Web Services (SOAP & REST)
• EJB, SOA
• Jenkins
• OpenShift

• Experience with development and build tools such as WebLogic, Maven, Nexus, Git.
• Experience in development and application maintenance of enterprise-class systems.
• Solid experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of OutSystems is considered a plus.
