• Strong Java / J2EE with good understanding of common Design Patterns
• JavaScript, Angular JS
• Oracle and SQL skills
• Jenkins or similar automation framework
• Experience of systems analysis and modeling techniques
• Excellent general analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners.
• Great team player
• Strong belief in continual learning and improvement
• Passionate and a desire to learn Test Driven Development

• Background in financial technology.
• Acceptance Test Driven Development / Specification by Example
• Continuous Delivery
• FitNesse or Cucumber
• Understanding of different testing approaches
• Pentaho DI experience
• Jira / Greenhopper
• Unix Shell / Perl Scripting
