* Knowledge with Java programming (Core JAVA, Multi-threading, Collections, Algorithms, Data Structures etc.)
* Strong Knowledge in Core JAVA, Multi-threading.
* Should have worked on open source products.
* Excellent understanding of Core Java Fundamentals.
* Should have knowledge in designing solutions.
* Knowledge in working with multiple design method
* Knowledge on designing/coding on modules which involve multi-threading
* Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills. Self-starter & resourceful personality with an ability to manage pressure situations.
* Exposure and awareness of complete PDLC.
* Out of box thinker and not just limited to the work done in the projects.
