Requirements:

-Proficient as Java developer with fair knowledge on Design.

-Exposure to one Life Cycle methodologies.

-Familiarity/Understanding of different Design Patterns.

-Should have good communication skills and ability to communicate with clients across globe.

-Knowledge of Onsite/Offshore model is Plus.

-Understanding of implementing good coding standards.

-Knowledge in Database.
