Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with hands-on experience in Flowable BPM and Elasticsearch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and workflow automation solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain BPMN workflows using Flowable.
• Integrate and optimize search capabilities using Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
• Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Proven experience with Flowable BPM (or similar BPM engines like Camunda or Activiti).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
