The ideal candidate should have experience in Java programming and be able to write well-designed code. Job Description

Lynx Solutions is an IT service provider focused on delivering professional solutions for custom made business applications. We are actively present on the software development market since 2003, currently employing more than 80+ professionals. Customers range from Australia and New Zealand to Western Europe and Japan.

At Lynx Solutions we are aiming to find a solution for every customer’s need by providing high-quality services. We believe that from great partnership innovative products are born.

• Write well-designed code;
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary;

Must have:

• At least 3 years proven working experience in Java development;
• Hands on experience in designing and developing web applications;
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming;
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns;
• Knowledge of Relational and Document Based Databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB);
• Experience with functional programming;
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments;

Nice to have:

• Knowledge ORM technologies;
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring Boot, Play);
• Knowledge of Scala;
• Knowledge and understanding of message queues;
• Experience with test-driven development;
• Experience with Version Control (Git and Bitbucket) and CI Systems;
