Job Description:

Specific skills required: Web Services Development 5+ years of experience in the following:

• Experience in JEE development
• Experience in implementing JPA using Hibernate
• Extensive experience in developing XML Schemas
• Extensive experience in developed JAX WS Web Services
• Experience in developing Security for Web Services
• Experience in consuming/producing Web Services for an application
• Experience in JUnit/SOAP UI testing

General skills required: 7+ years development experience in the following areas:

• J2EE, Java 5.0, EJB
• JSP and Servlets
• SQL
• Struts, Struts 2
• Hibernate
• Spring
• Web Services
• JavaScript
• XML
• Custom Tags
• JDBC
• Multi-Threading
• HTML
• J-Query
• AJAX
• LDAP using Active Directory or Tivoli

Experience Preferred

• Health care
• Healthcare Insurance
• Experience with HIPAA (4010/5010), EDI (834)
• Knowledge of health care eligibility, online enrollment. Retirement Area
• Retirement and Benefit Estimation
• Experience working in Public Retirement systems.
• Knowledge of generating benefit estimate Finance and Payments
• Accounting principles
• Understanding the general ledger
• Knowledge in GAAP (Generally accepted accounting principles),
• Cash receipts, Cash reconciliation, Account payables, Account receivables,
• Invoice, Billing, revenue\expense recording, cash allocation, payment processing, general ledger entries
• Reporting requirement for 401k and 457 plans
• History with Pension Plans
• Reporting requirements for pension plans
