Description:

Expectations from the candidate
Must be proficient in using jQuery, CSS 3.0, Java Spring
Must be able to design and code effective technical solutions with a good practice of building reusable objects.
Must have a good understanding of design patterns and must be able to apply effectively.
Work closely with business and IT partners during early SDLC phases to understand the business capabilities and goals for the program
Must be able to document design artifacts required for a product/project.
Understand the existing systems, while analyzing upstream and downstream system impacts.
Must have the ability to work effectively on tight deadlines, as necessary

Technical Skills:
Knowledge on developing enterprise applications using Object Oriented Programming
Knowledge on Design patterns
Knowledge on Various SDLC Processes
Knowledge on Requirement/Design/Code Review & Inspections
Knowledge on using Agile Methodologies.

Other Skills:
Good communication and collaboration skills
Strong Analytical Skills & Good Interpersonal Awareness
Proven ability to deliver according to schedule and work effectively in ambiguous situations
