Imp Notes: Please look for java developer’s Who are very good In Java programming with Eclipse ( IDE tool) experience. They should be really strong in Eclipse, post Interview & selection Process they are willing to Train them on Plug In development. Ideally look for Resources who are having Knowledge or min 3-6 months experience in Eclipse Plug In Development
