Job Description

Key requirements:

Must have extensive experience with Java/JEE, Spring Framework MVC/Spring Data, REST services, JSON/XML, Linux, Shell Scripting.

Must have extensive experience with NoSQL database experience, including Mongodb and Cassandra, Caching technologies (such as Redis and memcached)

Expertise in design of complex distributed systems utilizing underlying services (generally REST) to deliver robust and scalable applications to end users.

Experience in designing reliable, high performance and scalable software platforms.

Working knowledge of a significant subset of technologies including: Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat), Java, Spring Framework, Rest/Json,Cassandra, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Memcached, and Redis.

Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance/mentoring/coaching to the development teams

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt communication style and approach based on purpose and audience

A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or any equivalent degree

3+ years technology architecture experience in MongoDB

8+ years of overall experience in IT industry
