• Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in Japanese language
• Answer customer support tickets and calls in a professional manner
• Research required information using available resources
• Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Case/Ticket documentation
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
• Awareness of relevant service levels
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Business Writing.
• Required language(s): English, Japanese
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written)
• Open to native and non-native speakers
• Exceptional customer support skills
• With phone and email experience (email experience preferred)
• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Aptitude for learning, understanding and conveying services to members
• Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
