Janitor / Facilities Support – Entry Position

Truly Green Farms is seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, washrooms, break rooms, and greenhouse spaces.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces regularly.

Dispose of trash and recycling according to company procedures.

Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any maintenance issues.

Follow all company protocols, safety standards, and SOPs.

Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned to keep the facility safe, clean, and organized.

Who We’re Looking For:

Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable

Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs., and repetitive movements

Basic understanding of cleaning procedures (training provided)

Willing to learn and grow in a team environment

Comfortable working indoors and in greenhouse/industrial conditions

Team player with a strong work ethic
