Our flagship SaaS product, Jade ThirdEye, helps financial institutions detect and prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of Jade ThirdEye projects. You’ll turn complex requirements into seamless outcomes, connecting people, process, and product to deliver secure, compliant solutions that create real value for our customers.

What this role is really about

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our internal teams, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to every project. From onboarding and integrations to system enhancements and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure each implementation runs smoothly and delivers real, measurable results.

What you’ll do:

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding, integrations, and enhancement projects.

Partner with customers to understand their goals and translate regulatory requirements into actionable outcomes.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical execution with customer and compliance needs.

Manage timelines, milestones, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered with quality and precision.

Support continuous improvement across processes, documentation, and customer experience.

Mentor and coach team members, sharing your knowledge of project delivery and Jade ThirdEye.

What you bring:

Proven experience managing technology projects, ideally in SaaS or complex software delivery.

Strong stakeholder management skills, and customer focused relationship skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

Excellent organisation and communication, you know how to keep everyone on the same page, driving alignment across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment.

Technical understanding, literacy and curiosity about how things work under the hood.

A genuine interest in helping customers succeed in meeting their AML obligations.

Bonus: experience in financial services, AML/RegTech, or the product sector.
