Experience Required • BS/MS in engineering, business or a related field, MBA a plus
• 7+ years’ experience in Web Development
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL Query languages required

Roles & Responsibilities • 5+ Years’ experience in Web application development using J2EE technologies.
• Strong experience on REST Web Services.
• Awareness of Content Management frameworks like Apache Sling, Apache Felix (OSGI), Apache Jackrabbit, Java Content Repository (JSR-170 API)
• Expertise with front end technologies such as JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS.
• Familiarity with Content Management tools, Adobe CQ/AEM preferred
• Understanding of URL rewriting rules.
• Build Tools - Maven / ANT, Jenkins, CI Tools
• Version Management : GIT/ SVN
• Lifecycle management Tools : Version One
• Experience with Agile/Iterative/TDD Project Methodology, SCRUM
• Excellent communications skills - verbal and written & problem solving skills
• Experience of working in insurance domain.
• Integration experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Conduct designing sessions with development teams at low level projects.
• Developed IT frameworks and productivity accelerators along with team of architects.
Generic Managerial Skills • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes
