Aufgabeninhalte:
• Installationen, Wartungen und Reparaturen von Frankier-, Kuvertier- und Posteingangssystemen und Druckern
• Beratung des Kunden vor Ort
• Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Veränderungsprozessen
• Eskalationsbearbeitung
• Intensive Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb zur Generierung weiterer Aufträge

Ausbildung / Qualifikation:
•  Abgeschlossene, technisch fundierte Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Büromaschinen, Elektrotechnik oder Informationselektronik
•  Gute PC-Kenntnisse
• sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrif
