Rattaché au Responsable remboursements & Contentieux & Encaissements, l'alternant/te assure l’intégration des règlements reçus pour la société Quadient France et il est en charge de la réception, gestion, traitement et suivi des demandes clients internes et externes de remboursement.

Il est garant de la fiabilité des enregistrements effectués.

Encaissements :

 

• Réception, analyse, intégration et enregistrement des règlements.
• Lettrage et imputation des règlements dans les comptes concernés.
• Assurer les règlements des cabinets extérieurs.
• Comptabiliser les certificats d’irrécouvrabilité.
• Apporte son soutien aux équipes comptables et recouvrement dans la saisie des écritures et le traitement administratif

Remboursements :

 

• Traitement des requêtes et des demandes écrites de remboursements avec réponse
• Préparation et saisie des demandes dans un fichier Excel afin de préparer et contrôler les sessions de remboursement
• Intégration des sessions dans SAP pour le traitement et émission des chèques de remboursement par le CSP Bagneux
• Réception, traitement, et copie des chèques reçus du CSP Bagneux après signature
• Envoi des chèques aux clients
• Transmission des dossiers au service courrier pour scan des dossiers et intégration

dans les comptes clients
• Suivi des dossiers (retours, annulation à faire ....)

• Bac Pro en comptabilité ou Gestion des Administrations
• Rigueur, organisation et gestion des priorités
• Respect des procédures en place
• Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et intérêt pour les systèmes d’information et notamment SAP
• Aisance relationnelle
