Job Description

Job Title: IVR Quality Analyst
Location: Charlotte NC/ Minneapolis MN/ Chandler AZ/ Denver CO
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Job Description:
• IVR QA Resource
• Must have impeccable communication skills in both speaking and comprehending the IVR space
• Must have experience writing and executing scripts from QC
• Nuance VUI experience a plus
• Stocks/Brokerage experience – even if at a personal level – a plus
• Resources will create Test Scripts based on VUI documents created by the Business Analysts.
• The VUI (Visual User Interface) is a workflow map (word document) that outlines the IVR process. The document is several pages long, and most times there are several documents used within one Test Case.
