ITS Infrastructure Expert

About the job
The ITS team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth business and ITS operations and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and partners. We're a collaborative team committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and supporting our companies’ mission.
Main responsibilities:
• Working with virtualization technologies and products (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux operating systems and Citrix farms
• Installation, configuration, managing and troubleshooting of Databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Management of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server, and IIS services
• Administration of Microsoft Office 365 services, particularly Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams
• Software deployment and client management using SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
• Update management and patch process tracking with WSUS
• Management of backup infrastructure using HP Data Protector & Replication and HPE StoreOnce
• Basic scripting and automation support, primarily with PowerShell
• Active Directory and Exchange account management (groups, mailboxes, permissions)
• Server patch management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
• Planning and execution of Disaster Recovery (DR) scenarios
• Assisting infrastructure projects and GxP change, documentation processes, and SOP regulations
• Tracking IT assets such as licenses, warranties, and maintenance contracts
• Providing technical support for audit and internal control processes
• Following up KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high productivity
• alarm and alert management for systems (integration with monitoring tools)
About you
Experience:
• Significant experience in industrial ITS environment
• Minimum 4 years of experience

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical skills:
• Expertise on Server & Storage Infrastructure
• Expertise on Operating Systems
• Expertise on Active Directory, Mailbox Management
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field
Languages:
• Fluency in Turkish and advanced English skills
