We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ITS Engineer (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for road operations and maintenance projects.

• Design and implement ITS solutions for road networks and traffic management systems
• Develop and maintain SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling road infrastructure
• Analyze traffic data and propose optimization strategies to improve road safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITS components with existing road infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITS hardware and software
• Develop and maintain documentation for ITS systems, including user manuals and technical specifications
• Manage ITS projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ITS technologies and industry best practices
• Provide technical support and training to operations staff on ITS systems
• Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ITS engineering, with a focus on road operations and maintenance
• Proven experience with traffic management systems and SCADA systems
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• In-depth understanding of transportation engineering principles and traffic flow optimization
• Familiarity with road safety systems and relevant regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and travel as needed for project requirements
