Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce openings for Italian-Speaking Sales Agents in our Telecommunications Department located in Athens, Greece! We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our passionate team and help drive our cutting-edge telecommunications solutions to clients.

In this role, you will leverage your Italian language skills to connect with customers, understand their needs, and present our diverse range of telecommunications products. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to promote innovative telecommunications products and services
• Provide in-depth product information and conduct effective demonstrations
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional post-sales support
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create and implement successful sales strategies

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
• Strong interest in telecommunications and technology
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Athens, Greece
