Italian-Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Italian-Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sofia. As an Italian-Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will provide exceptional service to Italian-speaking clients by assisting them with their car rental needs and ensuring a smooth rental experience.

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring excellent communication throughout the rental process. Working closely with various teams, you will help guarantee vehicle availability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with rent-a-car reservations, modifications, and inquiries
• Provide detailed information on rental options, policies, and procedures
• Efficiently handle rental agreements and related documentation
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with fleet and operations to ensure vehicles are available and well-maintained
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Contribute to marketing efforts and promotions targeting Italian-speaking clients

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Customer-centric approach with keen attention to detail
