As an Italian Speaking Remote Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer service, assisting our Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through our services. This role allows you to immerse yourself in the Greek culture while making a meaningful impact on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Offer remote support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support cases in our CRM
• Educate clients on product features to enhance their understanding and usage
• Collaborate with the team to handle complex queries and share knowledge
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements
• Participate in training programs to stay current with product developments and best practices

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and deliver customer satisfaction
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Motivated self-starter capable of working independently
• Desire to experience living and working in Greece
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus
