Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian-Speaking Remote Assistance Representative for Mercedes-Benz, working from the comfort of your home in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional remote support to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the high level of service expected from one of the leading luxury car brands.
Your fluency in Italian will play a crucial role as you assist clients with inquiries related to vehicle features, maintenance, and customer service needs. By providing knowledgeable and timely responses, you will contribute to a superior customer experience and solidify brand loyalty among our clients.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality remote customer assistance in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels for Mercedes-Benz customers
• Address inquiries related to vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance issues
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure a satisfying resolution
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with various internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and issues
• Gather feedback from customers to help enhance our service offerings
• Stay informed about Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service updates to provide up-to-date information
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or luxury sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a remote working environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing a top-notch customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM platforms is a plus
