As an Italian-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent assistance to players, ensuring their issues are resolved swiftly and their gaming experience is enjoyable. Key Responsibilities
• Offer high-quality support to Italian-speaking players through multiple channels such as email, chat, and social media.
• Investigate and resolve gameplay, account, and technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain precise records of player interactions and support cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex player inquiries and enhance player satisfaction.
• Collect player feedback and communicate it to Riot Games’ development teams for continuous game improvement.
• Support and promote a welcoming, positive community through professional, empathetic engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest Riot Games updates, features, and gaming trends.
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive relocation support to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in player support or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong passion for gaming and a thorough understanding of gaming culture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is an advantage.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with complete relocation assistance provided.
