As a Support Specialist, you will assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their Fitbit devices, ensuring they have a seamless experience while using their products.
Responsibilities
• Provide exemplary support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Fitbit products
• Educate customers on product features and best practices for usage
• Accurately document customer interactions within our support system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
• Encourage customer engagement through proactive support and recommendations
• Uphold a friendly and professional tone in all communications
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong skills in customer service with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
