Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Subscription-Based Services Department! In this dynamic role, you will be the initial point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with various inquiries related to their subscriptions and services. Your expertise in customer support will contribute significantly to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with subscription management, billing questions, and service features
• Document interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Provide guidance on maximizing the value of subscriptions and services
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the subscription experience
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services or digital products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A customer-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction
