Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative for Subscription-Based Services in Greece! In this exciting role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients who are using our subscription services. Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Italian through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to subscription services
• Provide information on subscription plans, features, and billing
• Effectively document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Participate in training programs to remain knowledgeable about our subscription offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based or digital services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-centric approach and a passion for service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
