Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Ride-Sharing App Department, based in Greece! In this exciting role, you will be the crucial link between our Italian-speaking users and our ride-sharing platform, providing top-notch support and assistance with their inquiries. Your fluency in Italian will enable you to create a seamless experience for our riders and drivers.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat
• Assist riders and drivers with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues
• Offer customers guidance on app features, promotions, and ride options
• Collect customer feedback to help improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the technology or ride-sharing sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
