Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app
• Resolve issues related to rides, payments, and app functionality
• Document customer interactions and solutions in our support system accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and app performance
• Stay informed about app features and industry trends to provide expert guidance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the tech or transportation sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A customer-focused attitude with a drive to help others
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ride-sharing apps or mobile technology is a plus
