Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, helping them navigate our online marketplace effectively. Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels
• Assist clients with questions related to transactions, platform features, and account management
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
• Provide guidance on best practices for using the online marketplace
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and industry trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in e-commerce or online platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with online marketplace systems and customer support tools
