Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Luxury Brand Retail Department, based in Greece! Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries about luxury products, orders, and services
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and enhance service delivery
• Maintain a deep understanding of our luxury brand offerings and the market trends
• Proactively gather customer feedback to inform improvements
• Participate in training sessions to remain updated on the latest luxury retail developments
Requirements:
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the luxury retail sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and grace
• Proficiency in customer support platforms and tools
