Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department located in beautiful Greece! In this key role, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients with their logistics needs, ensuring that their questions are answered and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to logistics services, tracking shipments, and delivery inquiries
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal logistics teams to resolve client issues
• Provide clients with updates on their shipments and service changes
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our logistics services
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on logistics practices and tools
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer service
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and customer support tools is a plus
