In this pivotal role, you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding their home entertainment systems. Your expertise will help ensure that customers enjoy a seamless experience with our products.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to home entertainment systems
• Provide detailed information about products, troubleshooting, and usage
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Guide customers on best practices for setting up and using their home entertainment systems
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the home entertainment industry
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in technology or retail sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
