In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with expert assistance and support regarding their home appliances. Your fluency in Italian will be key in ensuring a positive experience for our customers while they utilize our high-quality products.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to home appliances
• Provide detailed information about products, troubleshooting, and proper usage
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve our services
• Stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the home appliance industry
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in Greece and experience a vibrant culture
