In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate our food delivery platform. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive timely assistance and have a delightful experience with our service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to their food orders, delivery status, and platform features
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with delivery partners to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our service offerings
• Stay updated on food safety standards and best practices within the industry
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the food service or delivery sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is a plus
