In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate our online marketplace and resolve their inquiries. Your ability to communicate fluently in Italian will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to the e-marketplace platform
• Provide information regarding products, order tracking, and payment processes
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our support system
• Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve complex issues faced by customers
• Gather customer feedback to improve service and platform functionality
• Stay updated on platform features and industry trends to enhance customer interactions
• Participate in training sessions to develop and refine customer support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in e-commerce or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with e-marketplace platforms and customer support tools is a plus
