Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Automotive Insurance Department based in Greece. In this important entry level role, you will provide comprehensive support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive insurance policies, claims, and services. Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with insurance policy queries, claim processes, and billing questions
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Educate customers on insurance options, terms, and coverage
• Gather customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on insurance products and company policies
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in insurance or automotive sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
