Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an opportunity for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their automotive insurance inquiries and claims processes. Your fluency in Italian will be essential in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to automotive insurance policy details and claims processes
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Educate customers on insurance coverage and the claims submission process
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings
• Participate in training to stay informed about industry regulations and company policies
Requirements:
• Proficiency in both written and oral Italian and English.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the insurance or automotive industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• A service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to customer care
• Capability to manage multiple inquiries in a high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of insurance software and customer support tools is advantageous
