Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to Italian-speaking customers
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
• Identify opportunities for service improvement based on client feedback
• Assist in onboarding and training new clients
• Keep abreast of company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation costs covered
