Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Telecommunications Company. In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to telecommunications services, products, and account management.
Your proficiency in Italian will be essential for helping clients navigate their telecommunications options, providing assistance with billing questions, service issues, and general technical support. Your commitment to excellent customer service will help foster positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications inquiries
• Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries, service plans, and technical support
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and solve complex customer issues
• Gather and provide customer feedback to enhance service delivery
• Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and industry trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passionate about helping customers and providing solutions to their needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
