Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Subscription-Based Services team in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our subscription services and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you guide customers through the subscription process, address any questions or concerns, and help them maximize their access to our services. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat for subscription-related inquiries
• Assist customers with account issues, billing inquiries, and service features
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
• Stay informed about the latest trends in subscription services and industry standards
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in subscription-based services or tech support, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in subscription-based services and customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
