Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a position for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Subscription-Based Services, located in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide excellent support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our subscription services and offerings.
Your fluency in Italian will be key in helping clients understand subscription details, troubleshooting common issues, and guiding them through the usage of our services to enhance their experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in a rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding subscription inquiries
• Assist customers with account management, payment issues, and subscription renewals
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to enhance subscription offerings continuously
• Stay informed about the latest trends in subscription services and customer engagement
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in subscription or digital services, is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Genuine interest in helping customers maximize their subscription experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
